Recent use averages 3.1 bags a day. With 18 left, you have roughly six days before the shelf is empty.

Anything already on an open purchase order is counted first, so yesterday’s order does not become today’s duplicate.

If one of these limits matters to your business, it is better to know before you move the work—not after.
- Reorder points and quantities are yours to set. Tare7 does not compute a reorder point for you, and it does not adjust one automatically as demand changes.
- Runway is a simple projection from recent use. It does not predict seasons, promotions, weather, or sudden spikes in demand.
- Drafting a PO drafts it. Nothing is sent to a vendor, nothing is approved, and nothing is ordered without a person doing it.
- Tare7 compares the vendors you linked to the item and respects their minimum quantity. It does not run bids, contract pricing tiers, or vendor scorecards.
- Tare can review a reorder plan before you commit. It is advisory — it never places an order, approves one, or posts inventory.
