We would rather be clear now than surprise you after you have moved your business in.
- Tare7 is the system of record, not the merchant of record. It does not process cards, hold funds or settle payouts — you take the money on your own reader, app or cash drawer and record which it was.
- One tax rate applies per ticket, drawn from your own rate table. There is no automatic jurisdiction lookup from a delivery address.
- Prices and totals are in your workspace's single currency. There is no multi-currency support.
- Tare is advisory. It can review a reorder plan, read line items off a packing slip and answer plain-language stock questions — it never posts inventory, approves an order or records a sale.
