The AI layer is included
Tare Credits keep AI predictable. One credit currently covers one completed managed action—such as a reorder review, document extraction, availability explanation, or plain-language search. Tare7 supplies the relevant business context and routes routine work to the economy tier, escalating only when stronger reasoning is needed. Provider tokens and cost are measured behind the scenes; the allowance stops before an unexpected overage appears.

Additional usage packs will not be sold until weighted agent-work metering and Stripe overage fulfillment are live. That protects customers from vague token math and protects Tare7 from subsidizing open-ended model use.
More value without a forced bundle
Tare AI begins inside every plan. Vault solves a separate resilience need, so its release status and commercial terms stay explicit instead of being buried in a higher tier.
Less reading. Fewer loose ends.
Turn the operating record into the next useful answer.
Search stock in plain language, explain availability, read documents, prepare reorder work, and coordinate follow-up with cost-aware model routing—without managing prompts, provider tokens, or giving AI permission to post business records on its own.

Where most people start
Every plan runs the same inventory core. These are the tiers each kind of business usually lands on — move up or down whenever the work changes.
Team
Turn a customer request into an appointment, record what happened, and leave charges ready for office review.
Mobile
Sell from a phone or tablet, keep stock current with every ticket, and know what sold, what is left, and what to pack next time.
Team
Keep orders, deliveries, shelf quantities, counts, picks, and vendor invoices connected so the team can see what happened.
How users, locations, and Tare Credits work
Every employee gets an individual audit trail. The account owner counts as a user.
Pending invitations, deactivated users, customer portals, API keys, and service accounts do not consume user capacity. Archived locations and archived SKUs do not consume their allowances either.
One credit covers one completed Tare action, such as a reorder review, document extraction, or plain-language search. Your allowance resets each month and remaining credits are visible in Settings → Tare.
Additional users are $9/month and additional locations are $12/month, both prorated immediately. Annual plans include two months free on the base subscription.
